Joppa No. 13 Royal Arch Chapter
What is Royal Arch Masonry?
Royal Arch Masonry represents the entry point into the York Rite system of Masonic degrees in the US. It is also known as Capitular Masonry, and is seen as a continuation and culmination of the Blue Lodge. Members of Royal Arch Masonry convene in a group called a Chapter, which confers four distinct degrees: the Mark Master Mason, the Past Master, the Most Excellent Master, and the Royal Arch Mason. The Royal Arch degree is widely considered to be the most beautiful degree in all Masonry.
Your Royal Arch journey will build and shed light upon the narrative and lessons you experienced in your Entered Apprentice, Fellowcraft, and Master Mason degrees. It also paves the way to Cryptic Masonry and the chivalric orders of the York Rite. Whether you seek further Light in Masonry or want another way to meet Masons outside your Blue Lodge, the Royal Arch is well worth your consideration.
Applications will be considered from all Master Masons in good standing.
